Dexter Jackson | Mr. Olympia 2016

We continue our series of articles about Mr. Olympia 2016. Bodybuilder which we will comment on and see what his chances in this competition, it is no less than Dexter Jackson.

Dexter Jackson has won the same number of wins on the pro competitions as Ronnie Coleman, who was 8x Mr. Olympia. If Dexter Jackson wins one more competition, maybe if he win the Mr. Olympia. He will be most successful bodybuilder in history so far.

Dexter Jackson has 47 years, which is incredible that a man in that age is so good-looking and still wins in competitions.

This year he won the Arnold Classic in Africa and won the New York Pro.
Dexter Jackson was the 2008 Mr. Olympia and won the 5 Arnold Classics.
While there was competition Master Olympia and there’s even won.
In fact there is no Pro competition in his career in which he did not first no competition in which he was not in the top 5 or top six at worst.
This is one excellent bodybuilder, last year was very tense between him and Phil Heath. Many say that the trophy should have gone into his hand but we will see this year.

We firmly believe that he could easily be in the top three, because he definitely now got into his mature years for bodybuilding and what he achieved is amazing.

If Phil Heath appears in form as last year, we believe that Dexter Jackson could win the Mr. Olympia 2016.

Mr. Olympia 2016 | Who could be the winner?

This will definitely be one of the most interesting Mr. Olympia until now because, definitely everyone in the top eight is a candidate to win. It’s not just Phil Heath, it’s not just the Big Ramy, Shawn Rhoden, Dexter Jackson, Roelly Winklaar, Dallas McCarver, Cedric McMillan, there is still a couple of names that are not as well known but who can very much to do.

We shall all remember this Mr. Olympia for the return of Kevin Levrone, definitely one of the best competitors in history. It will be interesting to see the clash of the 90s and new bodybuilders. Definitely this is a good move that will attract older viewers as well as some new ones.

Phil Heath which is unbeatable the last couple of years is definitely the biggest than ever, but it does not mean that he is the best. For the last 3 years he was unfortunately getting worse and worse in the eyes of critics. Last year, he had the worst form, according to many Dexter Jackson was supposed to be the first with which we agree. Every year he comes bigger and not better.

This year will be interesting to see what will happen. On stage we will only see the real visual effect of muscle and body, and when they pose. For example, because Shawn Rhoden, who is one of the smallest competitors on stage looks larger than some that have more pounds than he.

Veteran Dexter Jackson as a living inspiration to all.

Veteran Dexter Jackson as a living inspiration to all.

Maybe Phil Heath is achieved miraculous success by winning his fifth consecutive Mr. Olympia, but the real hero is the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world is still someone else. Of course, it is about Dexter Jackson, the man who ended the competition with a silver medal around her neck.

dexter-jackson-motivation

How many people from the age of 30 to terms with the decline of physical forms and accumulation of fat? How many of them think that it’s impossible to do something better? How many felt it was too late to attempt to bring life forms?

dexter-jackson-2

Name Dexter Jackson is enough to say that it denies any such opinion, because this man who was the 2008 Mr. Olympia, seven years after he returned to the throne and proved that everything is possible if there is a sufficiently strong will, and that was not always limiting factor.

European Arnold Classic | 2015

European Arnold Classic | 2015

European Arnold Classic is always a top spot every year, still a few weeks after Mr. Olympians gather the cream of bodybuilding in the old continent, exactly in Spain. Major changes have not occurred in this competition – eg. Take down from the throne of the current Olympic champions – and unfortunately it looks like, that it will not be any this year.

Start list European Arnold Classic became final, which revealed interesting facts about the autumn season!

It is not excluded, of course, but the current start list (which is composed according to the received responses to sent invitations) no defending champion and the obvious favorite Phil’s Heath, and there will be no Kai’s Greene.

Phil has made such a statement, that his professional career is planned for an additional five years could easily mean the participation of only five events – with what is clearly alluded to Olympia.

It will be more interesting, a real treat, however can be Zack Khan. Excellent Britain, years ago, won his professional status, but because of the fractured ligaments in both knees, withdrew from the competition in several years, as far as the IFBB contests.

His return was not as successful as they had hoped. Poor condition, on his thighs were visible signs of injuries. Because for a long time disappeared from the circle of active contestants, so it seemed, to Zack retired, but his name on the start list proves that there is no question about it. Resting was hopefully beneficial to him, and will now finally show what he’s capable of, because if it is indeed able to cover up traces of injuries, and corrected his weaknesses, finally can seriously lay his card among other professionals.

How professional bodybuilders look out of season | Pictures

When you see the picture of a professional bodybuilder either on the internet or in a magazine that looks huge, ripped and with excellent built body may think, “Oh, and I’d like to look so impressive.” But what you may not know is the fact that these professional bodybuilders look so good only a few weeks a year, in periods when preparing for a competition or photography. The remaining period of the year most professional bodybuilders eat a lot more, and out of season get a lot more weight.

To make it clear they still look solid, but aesthetically it does not look too nice. How does it look the judge by the pictures below.

Advanced exercises for the chest – Dexter Jackson Training

Since 2004, when he won three contests in a row, Dexter has achieved celebrity status in this sport. With his 168 cm and 100 pounds, “The Blade” without problems accounted with much larger competitors. His imposing symmetry and unwavering nature are his main weapon.

In his chest training, Dexter takes advantage of a variety of exercises which every detail of the muscle leads to complete combustion.
In push movement, Dex used explosive ejection and controlled descent. In flys, he uses methodical and even clock signals, which runs its series.
Dexter is a big fan of machines because of its stability – when large weight, a fixed range of motion provides a level of security of any of the exercises on the machine.

Flat bench press bar

Start: “Bar press exercises are the main muscle builders,” says Dexter. “Always do them first so you can use it more weight and more intensity.” Lie on your back and place your feet flat on the floor. Receive rod normal grip slightly wider than shoulders.
Movement: Lift the bar and then slightly down toward your chest. Keep your chest aligned with the elbows should be directed to the side. When the bar touches your chest, push the explosive upward, to the point just before locking the elbows.

Incline hammer machine press

Start: Adjust the device so that it can rely on the back seat, and set foot flat on the floor. Hands should be exactly in line with or slightly below the shoulder when you first sit down to a rack.
Movement: Using explosive movement, concentrate on stretching the pectoralis during the suppression of the handle by itself. Avoid locking the elbows at the top. “Do not forget to tightly compress the chest at the peak of contraction,” says Dexter. “Just because you do not lock the movement does not mean that you can not concentrate and squeeze when they need it.” Slowly return to the starting position – for full development, feel working muscles at the top and the negative perform under control.. Now go to the next repetition.

Crossover cables

Start: Attach the handles on the top or bottom cable devices. Stand right in the middle, slightly bend your knees, point look forward and take a stable position. Lean forward in order to maintain such a position during each repetition. Receive handles palms facing each other and elbows slightly bent position.
Movement: At the same time pulling the cables from the lower or upper pulley, drive handles in front of your mid-section of the body; arms slightly bent at the elbows. Hold on a moment in this position and make a contraction before the cables back to the starting position, resisting their free fall.

Arnold Classic Europe | 2014

Arnold Classic Europe | 2014

Mr. Olympia contest may be over, but the top professionals will not rest because this weekend starts Arnold Classic Europe!

Phil Heath is unfortunately after a successful defense titles decided this year to leave the competition after a series of Mr. Olympia, so there was no chance to beat him before Olympia 2015th

Besides the champions, complete top group will travel to Madrid. Starting from the results of a few days ago, the biggest favorite is Kai Greene. He is experienced enough to be able to keep their form from last week.

The rivalry between Shawn Rhoden and Dennis Wolf continues. At Olympia Rhoden was better, better placed, where the Wolf is not at all looking forward to. He thought it was better than him. Moreover it can happen that one of them – even both – to be close to Kai, and thus will even become the main favorites of the new “Mr.Olympia” 2015th

Dexter Jackson is on the same game. Seeing that the “Blade” was a bit flat on the stage of Olympia, is not excluded that it will be further developed to competition in Spain. This is also a great opportunity for Dexter because he is a true veteran, who usually during a season, as the competition progresses, he comes with all the better form.

Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elsbbiay will be back for another round, where they will hopefully show what he is capable on the big stage. Of course, his inexperience was slightly against him, but will his mentor Dennis James certainly give him good advice. It would be a shame if the 2014 season ends so that Big Ramy fails to show what he can really do.

Victor Martinez has very few chances to take home the title by Arnold competition, if he comes with a valid visa to Europe, it will be a serious progressive step for him, because he’s been in prison for more than six months because of it. For this year’s Olympia was able to return to the ground, but with it came back to his old problem in the form of imperfect condition, which last week became only the eighth. Given that the two competitors in front of him remove a greater chance of a better result, but its reputation could fix it if it wins Big Ramy’s.

Competitors:
William Bonaca
Jonathan Delarosa
Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elsbbiay
Kai Greene
Dexter Jackson
Michael Kefalianos
Victor Martinez
Juan Morel
Robert Piotrkowicz
Shawn Rhoden
Fred Smalls
Roelly Winklaar

Mr Olympia 2014 Review

Mr-Olympia-2014-Review

Mr Olympia 2014 Review

Judge’s decision, Mr Olympia for 2014 is Phill Heath. Why? It was he best mannequin for a bodybuilding business. It has just enough “all” that is needed to win the title. His performance (which does not mean only the performance on stage) is a calm, confident. Just as it should have a bodybuilding champion. A decent guy with no stained past is exactly what the IFBB wants to present as an ideal of bodybuilding.

Kai Greene. The first and basic detail that is missing is his past. Also, his belly all the time “thrown off” and had trouble controlling his stomach. Our past can still haunt us and this is a classic example. His conflict with Phil’s only funny, nothing more. Yet the United States is the cradle of a professional wrestler, and such things should not be surprising.

Dennis Wolf (aka The Wolf Man) – Dennis got lucky on the last Arnold Classic because the judges did not see his calves. Although he was in top form. His plan to fulfill this top form again at MR. Olympia competition was not as successful. It turns out that this is still a big bite for great Dennis.

If you are talking about serious, eye attractive and pleasant bodybuilding, we can talk about Shawn Rhoden. It represents everything that should have a Mr. Olympia. Classic and beautiful lines of musculature. Symmetry and of course the amazing form. Rhoden is a large, dense, rounded in every muscle group and has a compact, narrow waist. He was supposed to be the second!

Dexter Jackson has spent all the credit, he just lives on past glory. Realistically, there is not enough meat to match with today’s heavy weight. 212 category could be a solution but the “Blade” decided otherwise.

If you missed a live webcast recording, you can look at the attached video:

Branch Warren shamefully demoted and placed in sixth place. Great Ramy as a foreigner, as an Arab and as a man who does not speak English does not have a realistic chance of excessive, so he can be happy with his seventh place. His coach Dennis James is certainly not happy referee’s decision.

In general, we can not be satisfied with Mr Olympia which is every year more circus and less sport. Where did some real parameters of the trial? Where did the real Mr Olympia champions? And now we can all go on a jumbo pizza …

Mr-Olympia-food

The final result:
1st Phil Heath
Second Kai Greene
3rd Shawn Rhoden
4th Dennis Wolf
5th Dexter Jackson
6th Branch Warren
7th Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elsbbiay
8th Victor Martinez
9th Steve Kuclo
10th Juan Morel
11th Johnnie Jackson
12th Roelly Winklaar
13th Fred Smalls
14th Jonathan Delarosa
15th William Bonaca
16th Fahim Ibrahim
16th Jojo Ntiforo
