Big Ramy | Mr. Olympia 2016

Big Ramy | Mr. Olympia 2016

An individual of which we speak today is Big Ramy. His real name is not important. We all know him as Big Ramy.

Big Ramy is actually one of the biggest surprises in recent years in bodybuilding.

He came out of nowhere and made a show at the Arnold Classic and New York Pro. where he won and defeated the very big names.

One of the greatest genetic potential in history, something like Ronnie Coleman , because he is simply with only a few years of training grows like a mushroom.

Advances incredibly fast. Its structure is genetically massive.

Big Ramy, is not yet on the Mr. Olympia appeared in his true perfect shape, has not been in the maximum form in which he would definitely be Mr. Olympia.

He’s still very young, is 30 years old. So that he can still make progress and there is room for even a lot of progress and a lot to do in bodybuidling.

His legs are something incredible, his back was something incredible, he did not look like an amateur anything other than what now seems, was a little smaller.

When we look at the last photo of a few weeks old, he now looks better than it looked in every competition so far.

We hope that the Big Ramy on this Mr. Olympia in 2016 will do something great, would love to see him in the first top 3 and would like to finally have Mr. Olympia who fully deserves this title.

Shawn Rhoden | Mr. Olympia 2016

Shawn Rhoden | Mr. Olympia 2016

For those who do not know Shawn Rhoden had a very difficult road to get to where it is now.

He was very successful bodybuilder was still an amateur unfortunately, when his father died he getting drunk, went into rehab for alcohol and finally again returned to bodybuilding and finally became a professional bodybuilder.

Right away, in his first or second year made great things, won a couple of competitions, Arnold Classic, was in the top 5, top 3 Mr. Olympia and indeed is regarded as one of the candidates who can win the title of Mr. Olympia 2016.

Last year he had this problem that was his belly bulging, probably because of the large quantities of food. Due to digestion, which is not good at this stage of definition. His body was all kept, nothing went out. That is why it is so aesthetically ugly it looked.

Is he someone who can win the Mr. Olympia 2016, of course. He’s not someone who deals with a lot of social networks, not too sociable, not the kind of guy you can sit down and talk kidding with him. But he was again very charismatic, charming and certainly one of the best bodybuilders of today.

Also Shawn Rhoden is a bodybuilder who has a minimum of pounds on stage, especially in the Mr. Olympia. But simply have great, beautiful, round muscles. When you see him on stage, he looks great.

Kai Greene had one time 15kg more than him, but when Shawn Rhoden fit next to him does not look anything less. Therefore, we say that is important that the visual effect that you get when you are on stage.

Shawn Rhoden has a beautiful classic lines of muscles, perfect pose and we see no reason why he would not be a candidate who can win mr. olympia 2016.

Dexter Jackson | Mr. Olympia 2016

Dexter-Jackson motivation

Dexter Jackson | Mr. Olympia 2016

We continue our series of articles about Mr. Olympia 2016. Bodybuilder which we will comment on and see what his chances in this competition, it is no less than Dexter Jackson.

Dexter Jackson has won the same number of wins on the pro competitions as Ronnie Coleman, who was 8x Mr. Olympia. If Dexter Jackson wins one more competition, maybe if he win the Mr. Olympia. He will be most successful bodybuilder in history so far.

Dexter Jackson has 47 years, which is incredible that a man in that age is so good-looking and still wins in competitions.

This year he won the Arnold Classic in Africa and won the New York Pro.
Dexter Jackson was the 2008 Mr. Olympia and won the 5 Arnold Classics.
While there was competition Master Olympia and there’s even won.
In fact there is no Pro competition in his career in which he did not first no competition in which he was not in the top 5 or top six at worst.
This is one excellent bodybuilder, last year was very tense between him and Phil Heath. Many say that the trophy should have gone into his hand but we will see this year.

We firmly believe that he could easily be in the top three, because he definitely now got into his mature years for bodybuilding and what he achieved is amazing.

If Phil Heath appears in form as last year, we believe that Dexter Jackson could win the Mr. Olympia 2016.

Kai Greene | Mr. Olympia 2016

Kai Greene | Mr. Olympia 2016

Although Kai Greene, according to current knowledge, will not appear on Mr. Olympia 2016, no matter we have decided to say a few words about it because it is definitely one of the most interesting and the most popular bodybuilder.

Also we will explain some of the things which is why probably he will not compete in the Mr. Olympia 2016. We know that this year he achieved an excellent result and won a couple of arnold classics which is no small thing. He looked great even when the Cedric McMillan was so close it was hard to beat Kai Greene.

Is Kai Greene could be a potential Mr. Olympia? Yes, especially last year, but did not come in the form in which it was a week before Mr Olympia.
If he was in that form has to be a winner, because others competitors were not in perfect shape in what should be.

We do not know the reasons why Kai Greene last year did not compete, did not know the reasons why this year will not compete, because he did not give a constructive explanation.

If you ask us, we do not believe that he dropped out of the competition but definitely something weird going on with him. But we believe that he was not given up on the competition from becoming Mr. Olympia.

We are sure that Kai Greene will won first or second place in Mr. Olympia 2016, which brings very large profits of $ 200,000.00. Why give up and lose it? Last year, he could easily without fatigue along with this year to earn a minimum of $ 300,000.00. Something behind the scenes is definitely happening. We do not know what it is, and probably will never know.
Maybe in a few years when he retires.

For now we can only guess what the problem is and why Kai Greene not competing in the Mr. Olympia 2016. Is he the potential to win the Mr. Olympia in 2016? Definitely is. It’s a shame we will not see Kai Greene on the Mr. Olympia 2016.

GUSTAVO BADELL | Bodybuilding Motivation | VIDEO

Debut season as IFBB Pro: 1998 German Grand Prix, the ninth place
The best placement of the Mr. Olympia: 2004-05, 3rd place

During the first 6 years of professional career, he competed 17 times. 9 times ended with no result or was below the 15 cities, only three times in the top 10. He was very massive and solid proportions, but he is constantly out in bad shape. Once he was in shape, and in 2002, took the 3rd place. That gave him entry into the Mr. Olympia that year, where he finished 24th out of 25 competitors. Painfully?

The following year he went only in one competition, where he also lost his placement. There would most of them threw the towel and give up, but he was finally in good shape and in the spring of 2004 finished seventh at the Arnold Classic. After that is done the biggest (positive) shock in his career, when in 2004 entered the top 3 at the Mr. Olympia, but also repeated a year later. Three times he finished in the top 10 in the competition, and in those years he won three titles in other competitions.

His incredible leap of 21 places compared to two consecutive Mr. O competition (24th place at once, 3rd place to the next) record that will probably never be broken.

Kevin Levron | bodybuilding icon

Kevin Levron | bodybuilding icon

“The Maryland Muscle Machine” – one of the best bodybuilders who has never won the title of “Mr. Olympia” …

2009 Kevin Levron has earned the right to enter into “IFBB Hall of Fame” .Kevin that year was finally in the company of giants. “The Maryland Muscle Machine” has 20 wins in 64 “IFBB Pro” competition. In 64 contests, he succeeded 50 times to rank among the top three contestants! What a result!

1990 Levron sold his construction company and dedicated to a different construction project. Project to build a body that is considered by many one of the best bodies in the world of bodybuilding, which unfortunately did not win the Mr. Olympia.

Levron once said to FLEX, his long-term goal in the world of professional bodybuilding was to win 20 IFBB Pro shows – he has achieved his goal of course! As we have previously noted never won “Mr. Olympia”, but has twice won the “Arnold Classic” (1994 and 1996)

Of all his competitions in which he has appeared, perhaps the best and most interesting was that on which he unfortunately did not win. It was in 2002 when Kevin returned to the scene of bodybuilding and competed in Mr. Olympia in order to remove from the throne of the then undisputed king – Ronnie Coleman’s. Coleman still beat Kevin but the audience was on the side of Kevin.

After winning third place in 2003 at the “Show of Strength” in Atlanta, Kevin Levron announced that he ends IFBB Pro career and wants to devote his life to other interests. Kevin might come down from the big stage but will forever be remembered as one of the greats of the IFBB Pro Bodybuilding …

Arnold Classic Europe | 2014

Arnold Classic Europe | 2014

Mr. Olympia contest may be over, but the top professionals will not rest because this weekend starts Arnold Classic Europe!

Phil Heath is unfortunately after a successful defense titles decided this year to leave the competition after a series of Mr. Olympia, so there was no chance to beat him before Olympia 2015th

Besides the champions, complete top group will travel to Madrid. Starting from the results of a few days ago, the biggest favorite is Kai Greene. He is experienced enough to be able to keep their form from last week.

The rivalry between Shawn Rhoden and Dennis Wolf continues. At Olympia Rhoden was better, better placed, where the Wolf is not at all looking forward to. He thought it was better than him. Moreover it can happen that one of them – even both – to be close to Kai, and thus will even become the main favorites of the new “Mr.Olympia” 2015th

Dexter Jackson is on the same game. Seeing that the “Blade” was a bit flat on the stage of Olympia, is not excluded that it will be further developed to competition in Spain. This is also a great opportunity for Dexter because he is a true veteran, who usually during a season, as the competition progresses, he comes with all the better form.

Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elsbbiay will be back for another round, where they will hopefully show what he is capable on the big stage. Of course, his inexperience was slightly against him, but will his mentor Dennis James certainly give him good advice. It would be a shame if the 2014 season ends so that Big Ramy fails to show what he can really do.

Victor Martinez has very few chances to take home the title by Arnold competition, if he comes with a valid visa to Europe, it will be a serious progressive step for him, because he’s been in prison for more than six months because of it. For this year’s Olympia was able to return to the ground, but with it came back to his old problem in the form of imperfect condition, which last week became only the eighth. Given that the two competitors in front of him remove a greater chance of a better result, but its reputation could fix it if it wins Big Ramy’s.

Phil Heath Biography | Professional Bodybuilder | Personal Info

Phil Heath Biography

Phil Heath Biography

Phillip “Phil” Jerrod Heath (born December 18, 1979 in Seattle, Washington) is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder and Mr. Olympia winner.
Phil Heath grew up in Seattle, WA and attended Rainier Beach High School, where he played shooting guard on the varsity basketball team. One of his former high school teammates, Jamal Crawford, currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers. Heath attended the University of Denver on a full athletic scholarship. While at Denver, Heath double-majored in IT and Business Administration and played shooting guard for Denver’s Division I basketball team.

Bodybuilding career

Phil Heath entered bodybuilding in 2002. In 2005 he won the overall title at the NPC (National Physique Committee) USA Championships, earning the right to compete as an IFBB Pro. He won his first two IFBB professional events the following year: The Colorado Pro Championships and The New York Pro Championship.

In 2007, Heath placed fifth at the Arnold Classic. Although he still qualified to compete in the 2007 Mr. Olympia contest, Heath, nevertheless, decided not to enter the contest, stating that he needed additional time to improve his form. Heath then won the 2008 Iron Man show and placed second to Dexter Jackson at the 2008 Arnold Classic. In his 2008 Mr. Olympia debut, Heath finished third, becoming the first novice to place in the top three since Flex Wheeler in 1993. He was a favorite for the 2009 Mr. Olympia title, but a stomach virus caused him to arrive 6 lbs lighter than planned on the first day, and this resulted in his taking fifth place in the competition. In 2010, he took second place at the Mr. Olympia contest when Jay Cutler won his final title, but after improving the following year Heath defeated Cutler and became Mr. Olympia for 2011. In 2012, Heath successfully defended his Mr. Olympia title against Kai Greene.

Heath has been featured in many fitness and magazine articles, and has also appeared on the cover of FLEX magazine. Heath currently resides in Denver, Colorado, and trains at Armbrust Pro Gym in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Phil has released four bodybuilding DVDs: “The Gift”, “The Gift Unwrapped”, “Journey to the Olympia” and Becoming the Number 13. The latter three films were directed by Jonathan McFarlane and released by Bodybranded Films.

Sports, fitness and fun for all ages and this year in Columbus, Ohio in the United States between February 28 and March 3, 2013 at the Arnold Sports Festival 2013.

A lavish weekend with 45 different sports and events (including bodybuilding, fitness, weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, martial arts, boxing, crossfit, etc.), which includes 12 Olympic sports.
Like last year, this year 18,000 athletes and 175,000 visitors are expected this year to attend the world’s largest sporting event – far more than even the Olympic Games themselves, the issue of equity.

The annual festival is named after Arnold Schwarzenegger large first started in 1989 as a simple bodybuilding contest called Arnold Classic, and has since become the biggest sporting event on the planet.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the event, with the 25th pole of attraction Arnold Classic, the second largest (after Mr. Olympia) professional bodybuilding event in the world.

Apart from sports and events, the reference point of the festival is the popular report (Arnold Fitness Expo) with more than 700 booths from the industry’s Fitness, and which takes place every day of the festival: free samples of food supplements and shirts exchanged hands, and guests have the opportunity to see up close, talk and be photographed almost all known athletes industry of bodybuilding and fitness, and get to know them even more in the after parties after the games .
